Purpose of the survey

Our website hosts an independent research survey about veterinary practice management software. The survey is intended for veterinary professionals, clinic staff, and related stakeholders who wish to share their experience. Participation is voluntary.

Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to provide information on behalf of yourself or your organization, as applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent survey responses
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the survey or website
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

Survey submissions

When you submit the survey, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use your responses for research, analysis, and reporting purposes, including in aggregated or de-identified form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Monthly lunch draw

Each calendar month we select one completed survey response at random and provide that practice with a complimentary lunch, to a value of USD 150 or local equivalent. Entry is automatic on submitting a complete response with a valid email address, and no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary.

• One entry per practice per month. Duplicate submissions are removed before the draw.
• Entrants must be 18 or over and working at a veterinary practice.
• The draw is made within 14 days of the end of each month and the winner is notified at the email address given on the form. If we receive no reply within 14 days of notification we may redraw.
• The prize is delivered as a meal order or a gift card of equivalent value, at our discretion, and has no cash alternative.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and employees of The Best Vet Software and its affiliates are not eligible.
